This cake celebrates two of the recipient’s hobbies: quilting and basket weaving. The cake is pumpkin spice with maple buttercream. The piped basketweave design is complemented by a fondant quilt and fondant and gumpaste sewing notions, including scissors, a thimble, and a pincushion.
